Admission Documents

If the student clears the entrance test his/ her admission only after the submission of the following documents to the school office.

• 1. Duly filed -in Admission Form.
• 2. Five passport size colored photographs of the student, out of which one should be pasted on the admission form.
• 3. One passport size colour photograph of the parent / guardian.
• 4. The Original and photocopies of transfer certificate and marks sheet of the student of previous/qualifying class.
• 5. Original Birth Certificate of Nagar Palika , Panchayat and Nagar Nigam.
• 6. Medical Fitness Certificate signed by a Registered Doctor.

Age Eligibility: Kindergarten - Nursery (21/2 Yrs), LKG (31/2 Yrs) & UKG (41/2 Yrs) Onwards as per Transfer Certificate
